GIULLARI provides a 3-year warranty against manufacturing and construction defects on all its products. The warranty covers defects that are present at the time of purchase or arise due to defects present at the time of purchase. The warranty period is calculated from the date of the original invoice. During the applicable warranty period, GIULLARI, at its sole obligation and discretion, will repair, replace, or issue a credit note for the defective product, defective part, or defective components.
General Terms
The warranty does not apply in the following situations (the list is not exhaustive):
- Leather, fabric, or separately ordered material
- In case of consequential or incidental damages.
- If the product has been stored, assembled, or maintained incorrectly
- Attempted repair or modification of the product without the consent of GIULLARI
- Improper use of the product or cleaning using incorrect cleaning methods
- Damages due to normal wear and tear
- If the product has been placed outdoors or in a humid environment
- If the product has been exposed to prolonged periods of strong sunlight or heat
- If a product deviates from a wood or fabric sample (As materials naturally mature over time), samples can only be considered as a guide.
Products manufactured to customer specifications are not covered by GIULLARI’s test certificates regarding strength, durability, and stability, and therefore GIULLARI does not provide any warranty in this regard. The original purchase invoice is mandatory when filing a warranty claim. Replaced products or replaced product parts will become the property of GIULLARI. The delivery of a replacement product or repair of a product does not constitute a renewal or extension of the applicable warranty period.
